Captain Thomas A. Brown, U.S. Naval officer, was born in Michigan and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1935. He attended the Naval War College in 1944 and received an MBA from Stanford University in 1949. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1964 and lives in Portsmouth, RI.
